Returns and exchanges
You can return an item received in your order, but exchanges are not possible at this time. Alternatively, you can return the unwanted item and order a new replacement separately. The item must be returned the same condition it was received, and the company holds discretion. Refunds will include duties and taxes. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. Return items must be sent to our location with a Return Merchandise Authorization form. This form can be requested at “Contact Us” and will list the instructions on packing and sending the items you want to return, as well as the amount of your refund. We will process the refund upon retrieval of the items, and it will take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
